Please read this consent letter for cross-border transfer of data ("Consent Letter") carefully. In principle, the personal data we collect and generate within the UAE will be stored within the Singapore. However, as specifically stated in this consent letter, with your authorized consent, your Personal data may be transferred to, or accessed from, jurisdictions outside the United Arab Emirates (UAE), which jurisdictions include China, and if the scope of the jurisdictions changes in the future, we will notify you by promptly updating this Statement or otherwise. In the meantime, we will ensure that your personal data is afforded the same level of protection within the UAE.

Purpose of cross-border data processing: to provide users with appointment services for test drives; to offer channels for cooperation discussions to dealers and third-party companies interested in business collaboration; to contact users to understand their needs; and to provide users with technical support and assistance, allowing users to leave messages for inquiries and feedback on vehicle-related software and hardware issues.
We only collect personal data that is necessary to fulfil those purposes and we will not retain your personal data after the purposes of the processing have been completed.

The categories of personal data we cross-border transfer: dealer、name、phone number and email address (optional)、vehicle type、vehicle color and detailed message;
Adequate security
With your consent, your personal data will be transferred outside the UAE. We will ensure that your personal data receives the same level of protection as if it were sufficiently located within the UAE, including but not limited to, the adoption of data protection measures, the monitoring of cross-border data use, and other technical means.
